Where are the training programmes held?

• Online so wherever you like! Obviously it needs to be a safe environment, and you should consider those around you, but you decide where is right for you.

When do programmes take place?

• Whenever you like! Simply sign in and your next session will be ready for you.

How do I know my programme is confirmed?

• When payment is complete, the programme will show as available for you, and you will receive an email with a link to the introduction.

Is there a dress code?

• None whatsoever, no one will be accessing your camera so pj’s or swimming gear is fine, but not compulsory.

Will I need to download specialist software for the programme?

• No, simply access the online programme using WiFi or mobile data.

What do I need to prepare in advance for this programme?

• Nothing! The programmes contain all the materials you need, just bring an open mind and be prepared to be challenged.

Do I need access to any other files or systems for this training?

• No, you don’t need to access anything outside of the learning platform.

What qualifications do the trainers have?

• Programmes are presented by our founder and Managing Director, Steve Reeve. Steve has forty years of sales and training experience. He has worked at every level of the sales structure from telesales to Sales Director.

He is also formally trained to train others, his previous clients include UPS, Philips and Seagate Technologies, as well as many other market leading companies.

Am I able to provide feedback on my programme?

• Feedback is always encouraged and there is a feedback section in the programme.

Will I receive feedback?

• Yes, you will be able to assess how you’re doing and which areas you need to work on further all the way through the programme.

Do training programmes count towards a formal qualification?

• This programme can be included as part of your continuous professional development.

Will I receive a certificate after successfully completing this programme?

• Yes, your digital certificate will be sent to your email address.

Does your organisation use its own training materials?

• Yes, all material is our own and produced by our founder Steve Reeve.

How is the programme presented?

• There is a structured series of videos, each building on the one before, and all of those are supported by other online activities.

Do I need to complete a module in the same session I start it?

• No, you can exit, pause or rewind the programme at any time.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?

• All preferential rates are offered directly to those who qualify.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Once purchased the fees cannot be refunded.

Can I get an invoice for my training registration?

• Invoices are automatically sent once you enrol.
